Het nieuwe TFT-display biedt duidelijke, intuïtieve stapsgewijze begeleiding tijdens het koken. De interface, onzichtbaar wanneer uitgeschakeld en helder verlicht wanneer actief, belichaamt perfect Bertazzoni’s filosofie van discrete elegantie en intuïtieve functionaliteit. De Multi-zone functie stelt u in staat om meerdere kookzones te combineren tot één grotere ruimte, ideaal voor grote pannen of bakplaten.
De nieuwste inductiekookplaten van Bertazzoni bieden een gestroomlijnde kookervaring met behulp van de Bertazzoni Assistant, die vijf aanpasbare automatische programma's bevat. Een temperatuursensor in het midden van elke kookzone zorgt voor perfecte resultaten met minimale inspanning.
Met een maximale output van 3,7 kW in Boost-modus brengt de kookplaat water sneller aan de kook en bereikt hogere temperaturen—perfect voor het dichtschroeien van vlees. The Temperature Holding program keeps the temperature stable throughout the cooking process—ideal for gently melting delicate ingredients like butter or chocolate without overheating or burning them. The Water Boiling program quickly brings water to a boil and automatically switches off once boiling is reached, making it perfect for tea and infusions. The Pasta function rapidly brings water to a boil, signals with an acoustic alert when it's time to add the pasta, and allows you to set the cooking timer. The Steaming program is designed for healthy and flavorful results, optimizing the cooking of vegetables, fish, and other ingredients using steam. Finally, the Frying mode maintains a constant temperature for professional-quality frying results.
